As a result of our recent growth in lettings and property management and our ambitious expansion plans, we now have a Lettings Administrator vacancy within our Heaton Moor Branch. You will be working alongside Jordana McVarnock (Lettings Manager) and the rest of our fantastic team who pride themselves on fostering an enjoyable and exciting working environment.

The Role:
Typical tasks will include but are not limited to;
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and customers, this includes, registering clients on our property software, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage advice appointments
- Liaise with Tenants, Landlords and the Property Management Department in order to progress the lettings pipeline, clarify any queries, and mediate compromises where necessary
- Ensure that legal paperwork and other essential documentation is administrated in a timely and accurate manner
- Support the branch on sales when needed
- This role will ideally be a full-time position (Monday-Friday) but we are also considering candidates who are seeking part-time employment (30 hours minimum)
- Enthusiastic and professional client care and contact skills
- Previous experience in lettings or property management is desirable
- Experience as an administrator in a high-volume and customer-facing office is essential
- Full and clean driving licence and own car which is legally roadworthy and insured for business use
