As a result of our recent growth in lettings and property management and our ambitious expansion plans, we now have a Property Manager vacancy within our Heaton Moor based Property Management Team. You will be working alongside Rachael Cole (Property Management Team Leader) and the rest of our fantastic team who pride themselves on fostering an enjoyable and exciting working environment.

The Role:

Typical tasks will include but are not limited to;

• Supply landlords and tenants with the best end-to-end property management service in South Manchester
• ‘Grow and Keep’ relationships with landlords and tenants by gaining their trust through expert advice, understanding their needs and knowing their property
• ‘Grow and Keep’ relationships with fast, accurate, right first-time service and highly effective problem resolution
• Assist in increasing and retaining managed stock to plan through ‘Grow & Keep’ approach
• Develop and maintain an advanced level of lettings and property management know how and technical expertise to impart and advise customers, branch colleagues and trainee PM colleagues
• Carry out inventories, inspections, and checkouts as required

• Organised and process driven, prides themselves on a 'right first time' approach
• This is not a trainee or junior vacancy. In depth Residential Property Management experience within an estate agency branch environment is essential
• Accustomed to handling and managing all aspects of the residential landlord and tenant relationship and end to end service of property management
• Experience of Reapit is highly preferable
• ARLA qualified or studying towards qualification is desirable
• Full and clean driving licence and own car which is legally roadworthy and insured for business use
  
• Can commit to full-time working hours including Saturdays on a rota (currently 1 in 4)
• SK4 and M20 geographical knowledge highly preferable
• Must live in South Manchester
